Pot o'gold Giveaway!

****Comments are Now CLOSED****
I posted earlier in the week about the fact that I have had over 700 posts on my blog now and well over 1000 followers.  I have been waiting for the 1000 followers mark for a LONG time :)

In celebration of the 2 milestones I decided to host a giveaway and I enlisted the help of the Fat Quarter Shop, my favorite online quilt source.
With St. Patty's Day on the way I was working on a stitchery in kelly green. It's an old Irish blessing. That's when inspiration struck me. I feel like fabric is 'gold'. Then I thought.....I bet my readers do too. Why not bring that 'gold' and blessings to them the best way I know how.
Sooo.
Here's the Nitty Gritty of the Fabulous giveaway.

I would like you to visit the Fat Quarter Shop and make a list of how you would spend your Pot o'gold.
 {I am genuinely interested!}

There will be 3 $50 pot o'gold gift certificates from the Fat Quarter Shop up for grabs.

You will receive one entry for listing specific items you would buy with your pot o'gold.
{If you just say "I want to win" or 'thanks for the giveaway' your comment will not be counted.}

Bonus entry for blogging about the giveaway AND leaving the link to your blog post as a comment for me to view and verify.
{If you do not leave me the link your comment will not counted in the entries.}

Now to sweeten this week a little more.....
From March 10th to midnight March 17th you can enter the discount code
Goldgiveaway
to receive 20% off your total order at the Fat Quarter Shop!

So if you have been holding off ordering that Layer Cake of Sherbert Pips

Or fat bundle of solids?

 now is your chance to get it 20% off!

***************

*Disclaimers and Rules*
 This is a sponsored giveaway.
Anyone can use the Goldgiveaway code for the 20% discount.
You must include a valid email address in your comment or a way for me to contact you in the event you are the winner.
Entries/comments will be accepted until Midnight March 17th. Any comments after midnight on March 17th will not be counted.
I will randomly choose the winners.
The winners will be announced on March 18th, 2011 on my blog.
You will have until March 25th, 2011 to claim the giveaway prize code. After that I will chose an alternate winner.
Thank you so much :)

Congrats on your 700th post and over 1,000 followers of which I am one. If I were to win the gift certificate I would spend it on a Mint Scarborough Fair fat quarter bundle and the new book, Scrap-Basket Sensations. There is such a great selection at the Fat Quarter Shop that it was hard to make a choice. I changed my mind many times!

It'd be a day to day decision, but near the top of the list is the new Sugar and Spice line in Blueberry, some knits because I'm inspired to give them a try (too bad I'll miss the sale ending today!), and possibly a Kona bundle because I never have the right solids when I need them!! THANKS!

Deborah in Atlanta said...

I've changed my mind about a gazillion times! Right now I'd buy some Sherbet Pips layer cake, some half yards of Ta Dot, and a couple yards of Central Park. Or, I might get either yardage of the new Sugar & Spice OR a fat quarter bundle. I see that she has the Lil' Twister so maybe I'd add that to my list! So many choices! Off to blog about this now!

Wow, I would buy everything they had if I had the $$. But since we have to choose. Ready, Set, Go. Just Wing It, Soul Blossoms, mod Workshop would all be awesome. I would probably buy a jelly roll, I've never bought one before but if I had $$ I'd buy one and make a cool quilt. Plus all the patterns, the Izzy pin cushion is cute. Who'd wanna stick pins in that though? I came to your blog from a comment on Crazy Mom Quilts. Way to go on all your posts and followers!
