My Social Calender for January - FULL :)

If someone had told me on 12/31/2008 that by 2011 I'd have over 20 project tutorials on a new website {Moda Bakeshop}, written 600 blog posts, had quilt patterns in 8 magazines.
I'd have laughed in their face.
seriously.

Although I have worked hard to accomplish this in the last 2 years...
I owe most of my success to Moda.
They are idea machines.
Lissa A. in particular. She's a rock star to me.
Once again she has created a wonderful new blog tour of sorts.
Moda's Progressive Dinner.
I am just one of many designers that will be featured during 'dinner'.
Some of my blogging buddies will be there too ;)
Natalia of Piece n Quilt
Monica of Happy Zombie
and many more.

Please join us on January 19th - 26th for a week of fun and prizes!!

In addition, to the Progressive Dinner for Moda, I have been asked to review a new book that concentrates on using Go! cutter dies for the patterns.
Mix n Match Quilts
I am excited to share this book with you too.
Look for my post on January 18th!

And finally, I can not leave out my own blog tour starting on the 9th!

There are so many great projects coming for Valentine's Day. It's driving me crazy to not show you a sneak peek of what the bloggers have in store for you.
I illuded to the fact that The Fat Quarter Shop will be providing the giveaways for this tour.

Kimberly has graciously given me a $50 gift certificate for one of my readers.
AND there will be $100 gift certificate for a lucky reader that comments on all 7 blog project days!
I sincerely hope you will join me.

That progressive dinner sounds like a lot of fun. I will be sure to check it out. And I really like the idea of a pattern book to use with the GO cutter. Shame shame on me. I haven't used mine yet. Collecting dust for over a year. How sad is that??!? I just don't know where to begin with it. I want to use it, trust me when I say that! But I need direction! I'm not an "out of the box" thinker!

How do you do it? You accomplished what I hope to do in the next 5 years! I need to get busy.... Congrats on all your success so far. I can't wait for the blog tours!!! They're kind of like shop hops, but I don't have to go out into the cold for them! I've got one of your bakeshop projects at the top of my to-do list once I finish my current project... or maybe when I need a non-computer break from it. Cheers!
