Wednesday

My illness has subsided.... finally. I am finally feeling more normal today.
I was happy that a few of you knew where to find the 'old' episodes of Glee.
I was able to watch Sunday's epi and I watched last night as well.
I thought last night was pretty funny, but I am like that.
I need a weekly dose of teenage soap opera to entertain me.
As with just about every part of the country we are having terrible weather.
Last week it was crippling snow and ice and this week it's bitter cold temperatures below zero!
When will it let up?

I don't know. I did try to bring the sunshine to my week with a few button pushes at The Fat Quarter Shop and Green Fairy Quilting.
I have been eyeing the Charlevoix line by Minick and Simpson. I really really want to make the Libery Road quilt. I don't have the pattern yet, but I thought a fat 1/8th bundle would be a good start for the quilt.
Pom Pom de Paris and Basic Grey just sort of jumped into my cart.
If I am motivated enough I will show you what I bought from the FQS in a couple of days.
I have a million quilt ideas for the fabric, just not enough hours in the day.
but heck, it sure is pretty to look at :)
LOL

Glad you are feeling better. I am still trying to get my strength back, but able to do a little more each day.
I hate to admit it, but I like that show too, lol.

Really glad your feeling better. Why don't you challenge yourself a little bit more and use one of those lovely patterns you showed us previously to use fabric you love???

Glad you are feeling more "gleeful" today :) I've seen a few of the Glee shows, but I'm not hooked (yet).

I'm a true Gleek and it makes me feel better, but that fabric can definitely brighten my day. Get better soon.

I've got those GLEE episodes on the DVR and haven't had a chance to watch yet.
New fabric makes me feel good...hope that was the ticket for you as well.

glad you are better! I had a bit of a giggle about the fabric jumping into your shopping cart, I need to remember that one!

We have to get our sunshine where we can, right? And that means there's a rogue bundle (or 4) of fabric, who can blame us for that?

Nothing beats feeling normal again after a nasty cold, glad you are feeling better! But there is supposed to be a heat wave on its way this weekend with some rain snow mix. At least that is what they said out of Cleveland. I prey that it does not freeze over again. Glad you got your Glee on! My ex put the first show on our daughter's ipod and have been hooked ever since! Take care!

Glad your feeling better. I bought the same Charleioux a couple weeks ago, I just haven't been able to cut into it. It is so pretty, anxious to see what you will do with it.

Happy to hear you are feeling better. I'm sick now. I hate it. Can't wait to see what you create with your new fabrics!
