Moving on to Easter and Spring how about you?

You may remember this:
Well it turned into this ----->
Soiree by Lila Tueller.
I used leftover Honey Bun strips to make this top. It measures about 18 X 24.
Now I have to try to find more of this fabric line or something from my stash (started to look with no luck) for an outer border.
The pile also became this ---->
An Eastery runner made with scraps and some Eden by Lila Tueller..
just need to embroider the face.
hmm I'm seeing a designer trend here LOL

And lastly, a quilt top that I have been working on for 2 years.
I cut up a stack of fat quarters of the Heather Bailey Fresh fabric line. Used a tumbler template and voila....
This picture shows an incomplete top, however, did finish piecing it this last weekend.
Now I need to piece the backing. Luckily I bought fabric for that about a year ago on sale!!
So of my 7 projects I have 3 tops pretty close to done (embroidery and may-be a border?) the rest of my projects are in the pile for next weekend :)
So what have you been sewing? anything springy and cheerful?

Boy, you've been busy! I love the tumbling blocks pattern -- I've had one I've wanted to make for two years too -- just can't seem to get around to it!

check out quiltshops.com. I always check there if I'm looking for something that is an older or harder to find piece. I haven't been let down yet!

Everything is so pretty! You've been ambitious. I told you that you should have been in the SYTYCQ contest. Just do the follow along one. Surely you can find a vintage inspired one. I think the freshcut would be lovely. And then Leisel gives out prizes to those who follow along too!
