My favorite Christmas song is an oldie. It is Karen Carpenter singing Merry Christmas, Darling. That ia an awesome selection of low volume fabrics. They would make amazing little bags and little quilts, my addictions!

Silent Night, my husbands family wrote it. They are German Russian and his Grandmother came over from Russia alone at age 12. I can't hear that song and not think about that. Merry Christmas.

Silent Night is definitely our family's favourite song - my son was born at the end of November a few years ago and we sang Silent Night to him for at least the first month to help him get to sleep! But my all time favourite is O Holy Night.

O Holy Night -- and, for some reason, even though I am in the Northeast and happy to live there, I also love Christmas in Dixie.
"Hark the Herald Angels Sing" is my favorite
Baby, it's cold outside! I love the feeling of him convincing her to stay, her desire to be with him and yet the lingering responsibility to her family/reputation. It reminds me of young love :-)
My favorite Christmas song is either River by Joni Mitchell or Waiting on the Man with the Bag - a song I used to hear on the Musak at work, don't know who sings it. Thanks for your generous give away!

I'm not usually a big fan of Christmas music, I think largely because you hear the same songs over and over and over again when you go out. (And I work retail, so I've been listening to it daily for the last couple weeks too!)
