I really, really love retro fabrics. 1930's & 40's are my favorites....they remind me of the quilts that my great-grandmother made.
You had me click on each and every tutorial now, just in case I missed some in the bakeshop! lol!
I like the candybutton quilt and the little zipperbag best.
Here is my bloglink;

It has been a bit quiet lately for several reasons but if you scroll back a little (before the hols) there are almost daily posts (and a lot of the weather here, lol) (that was by request!). Hope you enjoy my blog.
my favorite tutorial of yours is the chenille hotpads! Hot hot hot!
my favorite fabrics are 30's reproductions! I love love love the quilt styles made in that era too!
I have been a follower and I love your tutorials. They are easy to follow and one of my favorites is the patriotic pinwheel table runner. Congrats on 600 posts.
I really like the reproduction fabrics of the 30s/40s.
My favourite fabric style... mmm... that is a hard one!! On the one hand I love romantic/pastels/rozes... On the other hand at the moment I am just in LOVE with Pure by Sweetwater, and, after initially not being too keen on Amy Butler's LOVE now have 2 full FQ stacks... It sort of grew on me.. In general love what Amy Butler does, and Sandi Henderson, Anna Maria Horner, Heather Bailey and Joel Dewberry.. What would you call their style? Doing a 30's quilt too, but more like a one off. So... yeah... hard question!!!
genxquilters.com! Now at at new domain name!
Hi, I am a follower with no blog. I love the contemporary styles out today! Not my mother's fabric of yesteryear....

I love the lil zipper bag tutorial
I love Christmas & other holiday fabrics
I love alot of your tutorials, but the first I fell in love with was your Candy Buttons Quilt for the Moda Bake Shop. It was posted around the same time as I was really getting into quilting..because of that post I started following MBS & your blog!
Those quilted carrots are a hit. So easy and so effective. I plan on making some for a centre piece for our Thanksgiving which is coming up.

Oh, my favorite tutorial. It is definetely those half square triangles from leftovers. I am participating in the chubby stars quilt along and the main blocks are made like snowball block. And your tutorial saved my precious scraps and kept me from going insane from sewing together all the tiny scraps. Now I will have a big quilt top and a lot of little blocks that will be turned into a cute little baby quilt.
my favorite type of fabric to work with are modern fabrics....i just can't get enough of it, but once in awhile I'll see other fabrics I like too. So, as long as it's pleasing to my eyes, I like it!

I don't really know what style you would call it, maybe modern? But I just love every one of Sandy Gervais fabrics. The reproductions of 1930's fabrics are also appealing to me. Must be the colors.

I already have your sugar cube pincushion tutorial bookmarked in my to-do list, but now that I have looked around a bit more, I have decided that I also need to try the quilted carrots tutorial! http://blocklotto.blogspot.com/
I took a break from making blocks this summer; things were just too busy, but I'll be back on track this month. I joined about 2 yrs ago in an effort to use up scraps...I'm still battling the scrap bin...I love scraps and scrap quilts. Our theme this year is liberated blocks so that is stretching me out of my norm. Hope to see you there and maybe participate sometime.
Congrats on the 600 postings!
I like the yoyo mini quilt tute and I'm pretty sure I commented on that post when you put it up...I do have a thing for yoyos.
I like the zipper bag! I follow your blog....and it is a delight!
I'm into the more modern large prints lately, but not the bright colors. I like aquas and greens and the more muted shades of colors...I usually have to go shopping when I need a baby quilt done...babies seem to prefer the clear, clean bright colors...do my colors call me boring behind my back?????
My favorite has to be the Candy Buttons Quilt, love the circles and the colors you used.
Favorite fabric is anything with bright vibrant color, think Kaffe or Amy Butler.
I like the apple core table topper tutorial.
my blog: www.disconnectedstitches.blogspot.com
