For the last couple of weeks we have been working on rearranging my sewing/crafting area.
This is as far as we've gotten.
With work and children, it's being done an hour here and an hour there.
This is my cutting table.
Yeah.
It's as bad as it looks.
I am sincerely hoping that this will be finished this weekend.
okay, I'm back to organizing :)
My sewing room looks just that bad, too. I need to get in there. It makes me uncomfortable just thinking about it.

ReplyDeleteBut it will be so wonderful when it is done! I have always believed a thorough clean out and reorganization is good for the soul! It sparks your creativity since you have just touched everything you have in your sewing room and been inspired by each piece of fabric and every tool you have!
ReplyDeleteYou have such great storage! I am in the process of setting up my quilting studio, and don't have any cabinetry yet, which is so frustrating. I can't wait to be operational again! Your work area looks wonderful.

Does your family hassle you about your fabric totes? I store all my fabric in totes and my family gives me grief :)

I'm moving into a new apartment and the movers just left. One of them asked if my second better was a "junk room" ... no, I politely replied, when everything is in it's place, its going to be a cozy sewing room. Now let's see if I can deliver on that promise ;-)
