With St. Patty's Day on the way I was working on a stitchery in kelly green. It's an old Irish blessing. That's when inspiration struck me. I feel like fabric is 'gold'. Then I thought.....I bet my readers do too. Why not bring that 'gold' and blessings to them the best way I know how.

ReplyDeleteWhat a tough choice to make! I would get the Petite fat 1/4 bundle of Sunkissed, 10" squares pack of Sugar and Spice, Cat in the Hat fat 1/4 pack and some Kona Cotton! I think that is a lot more than $50 LOL!

ReplyDeleteI would buy a Snow Bella Solids Jelly Roll, so I can start working on my daughter's quilt. I don't know what I would do with the rest of it. I'd spend hours/days agonizing over it, trying to figure out what I wanted. The shopping's just as fun as the quilting. :-)

FQ 'london berkley square' and 'churchill berkley square' from michele d'amore and 'strawberry tea party' by michael miller fabrics, and i have gone WAAAY over 50 bucks. seriously, i would buy the whole shop if i could.

Congratulations on surpassing 1000 followers! What a generous giveaway and discount! AS to what I would order...well I just received a box from them yesterday, but that doesn't mean I bought everything I want! In fact, there's not much I wouldn't buy! Grin! But for starters, I think I need the Kona Solid color card. Then I'll add 1/2 cut yardage from the Sunkissed line and some Lilac Hill. They're already saved in my cart...let's see how long I can hold out. Hmmm...wonder if they have a frequent yardage program...you know, like frequent flier miles. LOL!

ReplyDeleteThis was my original list: Hoffman Amber Plum Batiks FQ bundle. Beautiful purple batiks! And Baby by Michael Miller FQ bundle. But I wouldn't make a baby quilt out of that. I'd make me a quilt because I love those fabrics!
Then I remembered Sunkissed and Sherbert Pips, which I've been drooling over for so long!

I like Strawberry Fields by Fig Tree Quilts, A fat quarter bundle of pretty much any of the batiks would be wonderful, both colorways of the Gypsy Bandana are lovely too, and the beautiful things that you could do with the Stonehenge colorways.... (I should stop now before I get carried away.) There's no doubt that I'd find something wonderful.

I took a look around and found that I could get some neat almost solid like fabrics that would work for a lot of projects. I currently am liking the "Coconut 1895 Fat Quarter Bundle". There are tons more that I like and most likely would purchase in order to get free shipping. LOL. :-)
