Fat Quarter Fizz Quilt

Fat quarter fizz quilt designed by the Fat Quarter Shop is a super amazing easy quilt!

I have always wanted a Halloween quilt.
Halloween is my favorite holiday.
So I picked a bundle of  Eerie by Basic Grey and started sewing.

I had a fun time choosing the placement of the fabrics and balancing the lights and darks.

Fat Quarter Shop has created a video how to that shows
 how to cut the fat quarters, color placement and quilt sample ideas.
The free pattern can be found here!

 When I began this quilt, I thought I would have plenty of time to quilt and bind it.
Turns out life doesn't always turn out as you plan.
I have it quilted (I'd like to add more!)
Binding fabric is chosen but
I have some unpacking to do first.

To say life is complicated....is an understatement (;

What a great way to use up those Halloween fabrics that I keep buying. Your quilt came out great, and thanks for sharing the link to the pattern. I must add it to my ever-growing "to-do" list.

Oh I like that! Very nice Vicki. Quick and simple. I will have to bust out some FQs that I've been hoarding.
