Someone shoot me...

because we are painting my daughters bedroom a week before Christmas...
it's a long story.
Now that we are 'actually' doing it....
it's not as good of an idea as we thought.

Oh I so get it! We are actually packing up and moving from California to Utah the day after Christmas. My husband finally found a full time, full benefit job for the first time in over three years and we are so excited but he has already started in Utah and the girls and I are still in California. We didn't want to move before the holidays so the day after is our day! But it is making for a very hectic holiday season. It also means no decorating this year since everything is being packed. Thank you for showing we are not the only crazy ones! Lol!

My living room needs painted. How about coming over here since you are in the mood to play with a paint brush, LOL...okay, I'm just ribbing you a bit here. I have done some nutty stuff like that too. It is like there isn't enough craziness around these holidays that we need to punish ourselves into having a complete melt down. A friend called the other day to wish us Merry Christmas. I asked him if he had bought my present and he told me that yes he had, it was sitting on the floor of his living room. When I asked him what he bought me he said 3 cans of paint, so see Vickie, you are in good company girl. Have fun, I'm sure the room will be so nice when you finish. A room always looks good after a fresh coat or two of paint. {HUGS} Susanne :)
