Progress on Hexies

Vignette Hexagons in progress.
This is just a sampling of the fabrics I am using for this project.

So far there is Little Menagerie, Giddy by Sandy Gervais, Denyse Schmidt's Picnic, Bliss by Bonnie and Camille, Sweet Broderie, Plume by Tula Pink, Mini Mike's from Michael Miller and several more.
All happy colors to me and all kitchy scrappy.
I am having surgery on the 5th. This will be my second one of 4 possible surgeries. I am sure that these hexies will keep me busy, plus a little EQ7, and when I am really feelin' good...I am going to work on a tutorial for a new Moda Bakeshop project.
I hope to keep finding interesting things to blog but
In the mean time, enjoy the 4th of July and keep cool.

I love you fabric stash for hexies

I love the color! I started a hexie quilt about 2 years ago, after my aussie mum in law got me addicted to quilting (and my cat gets into my stash all the time). I love working on it, but i just wish it wouldn't take so long.

Cheerful hexie flowers. I hope all goes well with your surgery and sure hope you don't need all four surgeries. Please let the Doc know you are a focused person so he needs to help you get everything done faster. Lol!

I hope you have a speedy recovery.
