I Did It!!!

My Kitchen Aid is awesome.

 I used it twice yesterday!

And look what I made :)
My first loaf of Artisan bread.
It is crisp on the outside and oh so chewy in the middle.
It's perfect.
I have dough left for 3 more loaves.
I am so so happy that I tried this.
I can have french baguettes from my own oven!
My husband and kids all loved the flavor as well.
That's a bonus in our house.
Okay off to bake some more..

Moda Bakeshop...
Mistletoe Make and Bake
yeesh...I have a lot of baking to do!!!

There's nothing quite like fresh, warm bread, straight out of the oven! And the smells! Mmmm... I learned to bake bread when I was very young, as a child my mother used the kneading of the dough as physical therapy for her MS. I still make bread, only now its a kind of mental therapy for me as well! Congrats & hope you enjoy!

Looks great! Isn't it so nice to just grab the dough out of the fridge? I love that! :)
I may have to go make up some myself! :)

It sounds so wonderful and looks great. Wait till you make cookies with it. I've heard the best test is Chocolate Chip and that mixer has no problem.

Oh that looks yummy. Are you using recipes by Artisan Bread in 5 minutes a day by any chance? (I think that's the name of the book.)
