Fat quarter quilt

I've blogged this book before.... It's fab. So I made this quilt top from 12 Kaffe Fassett fat quarters.

I can't wait until it's quilted....

You will love the second book! I made that same quilt with Amy Butlers mostly and used it on the back of another quilt so that it's reversible. It looks great and a fabulous way to show off those special fabrics. I love the fabrics you've used, I'd love to see it quilted.

Just getting caught up on my blog reading after being gone for a few days. I am so glad that you like the quilting on the quilts. I really like how they turned out. While I was away, I stopped at a shop in PA and your birdie quilt was hanging there as a sample. I just love that quilt. But I do love all the quilts that you sent me to quilt. Enjoy!

Hi Vickie,
I've made the same quilt with an assortment of Amy Butler and Heather Bailey fabrics! I just love it although it needs to be quilted too. I even have it pin basted, but haven't had the time or motivation to sit down and quilt the darn thing. I used some leftover pieces from cutting the FQs to make a band across teh middle of the back to join a top and bottom solid piece. I love the look. I can't wait until the next book comes out in the US!
